What event lighting can Ready Power supply?
We can supply and install a wide range of temporary event lighting, including festoon lighting, marquee lighting, LED battens, LED fluros, high bay lighting, fairy lights, decorative lighting, site lighting and weather-resistant RGBW flood lights.

Do you provide festoon lighting hire?
Yes. We provide commercial-grade festoon lighting hire for events across South East Queensland. Our festoons are built for the hire industry and are suitable for temporary event installations. We can provide full installation or dry hire depending on your event requirements.

Can festoon lighting be installed on grass, concrete or paved areas?
Yes. We can install festoon lighting using ground stakes where the venue allows ground penetration. For concrete, bitumen, paved areas or venues where stakes are not allowed, we can use weighted base installations.

Can extra low voltage festoon lighting be installed lower than standard electrical cabling?
Our festoon lighting is extra low voltage, which gives greater flexibility for event installations. Extra low voltage systems can be installed within 150mm of other services and below 2.7m where required under AS/NZS 3002 event electrical requirements.

Do you provide marquee lighting?
Yes. We provide marquee lighting for everything from small 3×3 spring top marquees through to large festival tents and clear span structures. Lighting options include LED fluros, LED battens, high bay lights, festoon lighting and decorative fairy lights.

Can you install festoon or fairy lights inside marquees?
Yes. We can install festoon lighting and fairy lights inside marquees to create a warm decorative finish. This is popular for weddings, dining areas, bars, VIP spaces, markets and nighttime events.

What are RGBW flood lights used for?
RGBW flood lights are used to add colour, atmosphere and feature lighting to event spaces. They are great for wall washing white marquees, tents, buildings, entry areas, stages and outdoor structures. Our weather-resistant RGBW flood lights can be programmed to suit your event colours and can be supplied at ground level or mounted on poles or masts.

Do you offer dry hire lighting?
Yes. Dry hire is available for selected event lighting equipment, including festoon lighting. For public events, complex sites or overhead installations, we recommend using our installation service.
